This position supports INTEGRIS Health in the design, implementation and management of capital projects. This position is responsible for management of capital projects which span the System and will establish collaborative relationships with Administrators, Clinicians, Technical Staff, Consultants and Vendors. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of projects to meet system requirements, customer expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communications, customer service, and organizational practices. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for evaluating and overseeing qualified design and construction vendors to ensure a proactive contract administration approach for projects to complete timely and within budget. The Project Manager will effectively perform day to day coordination, management, and oversight of the assigned projects along with development and resolution of complex and difficult building construction projects. *Four years of formal building system engineering, architectural, or building sciences and construction management degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

*15 years project management experience in the construction industry, with 10 years healthcare specific experience and with at least 5 years construction administrative experience preferred.

*Experience working with relevant codes and regulations over healthcare construction

*Knowledge of a variety of building construction types is desirable. Knowledge of Healthcare construction type is required.

*Preferred experience in project management of interior design projects.

*Previous experience with construction cost estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, construction delivery methods, engineering principles and techniques of complex facilities and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications preferred.

*Knowledge of various construction methods and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerances preferred.

*Experience with (business office/design industry) software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Acrobat Pro, Primavera, Oracle Unifer, e-Builder, Projecto and Bluebeam) preferred.

*Must be able to communicate effectively in English
