The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention services and counseling to patients. This position coordinates healthcare services throughout the continuum of care on behalf of the patient and assists in discharge planning. Supervises MSW, LSW and LMSW for licensure requirements. This position requires population specific competencies. Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires. • Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).

• Prior experience with psychiatric and/or addiction preferred.
