The Licensed Social Worker provides psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention services and counseling to patients. This position coordinates healthcare services throughout the continuum of care on behalf of the patient and assists in discharge planning. This position requires population specific competencies. * Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

* Licensure from the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers (LSW, LMSW or LSW Admin)

LCSW (NZTI Only).

* Experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Additional for NZTI only: Prefer related experience in a transplant institute.

* Hospice and Home Health: This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
