• Assumes responsibility for the ethical and cost effective management, delivery, documentation, outcomes and communication of patient care within the scope of practice of their respective disciplines.
• This position requires population specific competencies.
• Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact this position requires.

Education

• Bachelor's degree of Science in Occupational Therapy

Licensure / Certification

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners, or a graduate OT eligible for Oklahoma licensure, or Occupational Therapist student in the final semester of graduate school.
• Must obtain licensure prior to assuming patient care.
• Must obtain licensure prior to assuming patient care.
• Basic Life Support certification is required prior to assuming patient care and is required to be maintained throughout the duration of employment.

(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).

Compensation

• $50.00 per hour flat rate
