Overview:

Under direct supervision completes tasks, according to skill level, to assist surgery personnel in providing nursing care and surgical services to patients in the operating room area.


Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Licensure: NoneExperience: NoneCertifications: BLS certified. Required certification must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.Other: Preferred Education: Successful completion of Medical Terminology Course.Preferred Licensure: NonePreferred Experience: Previous Nurse aide and/or phlebotomy experience in acute care setting.
