We are looking for a strong leader that will share in our passion for this mission and lead a team within the Investor and Default Reporting Department.

The Investor and Default Reporting Department is responsible for monthly reporting and disbursements to all Investors and Insurers. The Financial Reporting Lead will work with a team of analysts to ensure all reporting deadlines are met, identify risks and operational needs, and coach your team to meet their goals.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring team's reporting deadlines along with providing coaching, mentoring, and development to improve employee success
  • Identifying reporting and operational efficiency improvements
  • Researching and resolving escalated issues timely
  • Monitoring and building third party relationships
  • Overseeing operational controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures and within insurer/investor guidelines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that strategic efforts are identified and effective
  • Managing various projects and performing other relevant duties as required

Required Education/Experience:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and 3-5 years' management experience in an operational, financial services, mortgage servicing or corporate environment to be considered. Work history must include demonstrated success managing/leading a team, to include performance, productivity, engagement and a process improvement background.

Qualified candidates should have experience and demonstrated performance in these areas:

  • Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members to reach or exceed performance goals Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Aptitude to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as they will be expected to confidently lead meetings and convey information
  • Ability to exercise discretion and judgment and make independent decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
