The purpose of this position is to provide executive analytics and reporting support to senior management, with a primary focus on data analysis and report improvement.

The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Candidate will be responsible for obtaining a thorough understanding of processes, drivers, and key performance indicators to successfully develop executive reporting and analyze reporting results across the organization. Candidates will complete scenario based modeling to assist management in business decisions, as well as, gather and analyze data of key department drivers to identify and recommend areas of improvement.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and communicate results regularly with operations and recommend improvements to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting
  • Generate regular reports of key drivers and performance indicators
  • Review existing reports to understand business unit needs and areas of opportunity
  • Maintain and update existing models and reports with current business assumptions
  • Identify impacts to operations due to economic and regulatory changes
  • Create cost-benefit analysis to demonstrate the value of proposed process changes and business decisions
  • Perform statistical analysis of business unit drivers and assumptions to identify trends and seasonality
  • Develop new reports to provide management the information required to make business decisions or to better manage their operations

**This position is onsite in Oklahoma City not offering hybrid or remote

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in math related field with minimum GPA of 3.25 with preference for 3.5 (Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, and Accounting) or 3-5 years of commensurate experience in lieu of specific degree required.

Candidate must also possess:

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • An aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Must have an excellent in-depth understanding of reporting concepts and analysis techniques, as well as a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and actively contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Essential skills include self-motivation, organization, strong oral and written communication, inquisitiveness, outstanding problem solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail with focus on quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
