The Administrative Assistant provides full range of administrative and record keeping support. Assigned tasks are generally diverse in nature requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of Bank's policies and practices. Operates independently and identifies administrative projects; performs considerable coordination and follow-through; sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing work assignment.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of experience or 4-6 years' equivalent office experience. Experience and/or knowledge of financial markets/products preferred.
